www.fairstart.net/training is a free education program for orphanages and foster family organizations, which is in 8 languages, and 16 more languages being tranlated currently by  volunteers. It provide down-to-earth training in quality care for children placed outside home. Feel free to use the link (Handbook & 15 sessions with many video demonstrations of quality care).
